One of the greatest illness’s affecting people in our modern age is anxiety, stress and depression which are greatly exacerbated by the poor nutritional quality of the modern processed diet. Most of us are chronically deficient in certain vital nutrients essential to our long term health. Additionally our diets are full of hidden sugars, transfats and other toxins that cumulatively place a huge strain on our poor bodies and have resulted in a large percentage of the population being overweight, unhealthy and frankly not very happy. Once you combine a poor diet with continuous stress in your work and/or personal life over a period of many years, it only takes one major stressful event to push your body over the edge and into a state of continuous chronic anxiety which can manifest itself in all manner of ways – panic attacks, heart palpitations, depression.
To overcome this, you need to deal with both the stressful situations in your life and repair your poor, long suffering body with a healthy nutritious diet. When you combine proper healthy nutrition with effective therapies for anxiety, you will find that not only do you get over your anxiety but you will find yourself a far healthier and happier person at the end of your journey.
